Unofficial tool to auto-fill missing attendance days in Workday's Enter Time calendar. Not affiliated with or endorsed by Workday.

Stop clicking through every empty weekday in Workday. WorkdayFill is an unofficial Chrome helper for people who already use Workday Enter Time. If you have a regular schedule, filling a month by hand means opening the same dialog over and over. This extension does that work in your own logged-in tab. What it does Open your tenant’s Enter Time calendar, then click the WorkdayFill icon. It scans the month you have open and counts missing weekdays — days with no Hours Worked entry. It skips weekends, holidays, and time off. You set In and Out once (default 09:00–17:36, 8.6 hours). Optional comment is supported. Fill all missing days walks the calendar the way you would: open the day, enter times, save. Entries are saved as Not Submitted drafts, same as if you typed them yourself. You can review the missing-day list, use a dry run that checks the day and Time Type without saving, or limit a test to one safe test date. A confirmed danger zone can remove Hours Worked entries for the visible month if you need to start over. Holidays and period-end markers are left alone. Why install it Time: one click instead of a full month of dialogs. Consistency: the same In/Out (and optional comment) on every empty weekday. Stays in your session: it only runs on *.myworkday.com while you are already signed in. It does not ask for your password, does not create an account, and does not send attendance data to the developer. Settings stay local: In/Out, comment, and preferences are stored with Chrome sync on your Google account. How to use it Sign in to Workday and open Enter Time. Click the WorkdayFill icon. Confirm In/Out (and comment, if you want one). Click Fill all missing days and leave the tab open until it finishes. If Workday’s page layout changes, the popup says the extension needs an update instead of guessing. Not affiliated with Workday.
