Workday Charge Code Manager helps you track time allocations across multiple charge codes with automatic syncing from Workday timesheets. KEY FEATURES • Automatic Hour Sync - Detects and syncs hours directly from Workday timesheet pages • Submission Status Tracking - See approved, submitted (pending), and not-submitted hours at a glance • FTE Tracking - Monitor hours against your FTE allocation percentages • Visual Progress Bars - Color-coded progress with separate indicators for each submission state • Timeline Markers - Compare actual progress vs expected progress based on elapsed time • Quarter Markers - Visual reference lines at 25%, 50%, 75% milestones • Project Time Windows - Set start/end dates for time-limited projects • Sorting Options - Sort charge codes by FTE percentage or usage • Calendar & Fiscal Year - Switch between calendar year and fiscal year (Oct 1 - Sep 30) modes • Data Backup - Export and import data via CSV • Threshold Alerts - Browser notifications when approaching 90% of allocation PROGRESS BAR LEGEND • Solid green/yellow/red bar - Approved hours • Striped amber bar - Submitted hours (pending approval) • Striped blue bar - Not submitted hours (live from Workday) • Vertical black line - Expected progress marker • Light grey lines - Quarter markers HOW IT WORKS Navigate to your Workday "Enter Time" page The extension automatically syncs all charge codes and hours Click the extension icon to view your charge codes Set FTE % for each charge code to enable progress tracking As you enter hours in Workday, updates sync automatically with visual confirmation. The extension detects submission status directly from Workday so you always know which hours are approved, pending, or still need to be submitted. PRIVACY All data is stored locally in your browser. No data is sent to external servers.
