Overview

Autofill Workday job application forms with your saved profile. Copyright 2026 Pixelburst Studio.

If you've applied to more than two jobs on Workday, you already know the pain. Same name. Same address. Same phone number. Same "How did you hear about us?" Every. Single. Time. Workday Autofill fixes that. Save your profile once, click Fill on each page, and get back to actually applying. —————————————————————————— WHAT IT FILLS —————————————————————————— ✓ First and last name ✓ Email address ✓ Phone number (always sets to Mobile — no one uses a landline) ✓ Full address — street, city, state, zip ✓ LinkedIn URL ✓ Portfolio and website URLs ✓ "How Did You Hear About Us?" — defaults to LinkedIn ✓ Fixes end dates left blank by Workday's resume parser —————————————————————————— HOW IT WORKS —————————————————————————— Workday forms are built in React, which means simply setting a field's value doesn't work — React ignores it. Workday Autofill uses a native browser setter technique to update fields in a way React actually responds to, so values stick instead of reverting. —————————————————————————— WHAT IT DOESN'T DO —————————————————————————— ✗ Resume upload (Workday uses a native OS file picker — can't be automated) ✗ CAPTCHAs ✗ Cover letters (write those yourself, they matter) —————————————————————————— YOUR DATA —————————————————————————— Your profile is stored locally using Chrome's built-in sync storage. Nothing is sent to any server. Workday Autofill has no backend, no analytics, no tracking, and no ads. Your data stays on your machine. —————————————————————————— TIPS FOR BEST RESULTS —————————————————————————— - Workday is multi-page — click Fill on each section as you go - Always review fields before hitting Save and Continue - Format your resume dates as MM/YYYY for best parser results - Check the GitHub repo for the full resume formatting guide —————————————————————————— Built by Pixelburst Studio, LLC.
