Overview

Filters freelance jobs from multiple platforms based on your skill profile

Workaholic monitors freelance and job platforms, applies your filters locally, and notifies you only when new jobs match your profile — no server, no AI, no external dependencies. --- HOW IT WORKS Workaholic runs automatically in the background at your chosen interval. Every cycle, it fetches jobs from the platforms you enable, normalizes them into a single format, applies your filters, calculates a match score, and notifies you only about new jobs that passed every filter. You stop wasting time opening multiple tabs manually. Workaholic does it for you. --- SUPPORTED PLATFORMS Workaholic integrates with the most popular job and freelance platforms used by Brazilian developers and freelancers. You can enable or disable each platform individually from the Profile tab based on your preferences. --- SMART MATCHING The match score is calculated from the job's perspective: (your matched skills / total skills required by the job) x 100 When a job listing has no structured skills, Workaholic infers them from the title and description using a built-in skill catalog and synonym mapping — so you don't miss relevant opportunities just because the posting was poorly written. A dynamic minimum score and minimum match count prevent low-quality results from reaching your feed. --- FILTERING FLOW Every job goes through this pipeline before reaching you: 1. Platform enabled check 2. Blocked words filter (title) 3. Keywords / role filter 4. Minimum budget filter 5. Skill match score calculation 6. Score and match count thresholds 7. Deduplication 8. Sort by score (highest first) Only jobs that pass every step generate a notification. --- SMART RESUME Workaholic goes beyond job discovery. The built-in resume module lets you import your resume as PDF or DOCX, select any job from your results, and get a side-by-side Before / After comparison showing exactly which skills the job requires that are missing from your resume. You can also download an optimized version of your resume tailored to that specific job. Stop sending the same resume to every job. Let Workaholic show you what to change — and why. --- PRIVACY FIRST Everything runs locally in your browser. No external backend is required, no data is sent to any server, no account is needed. Your profile and job history are stored only in Chrome extension storage on your device. --- GETTING STARTED 1. Install Workaholic from the Chrome Web Store 2. Click the extension icon 3. Open the Profile tab 4. Add your skills and select your area 5. Enable the platforms you want to monitor 6. Set your search frequency 7. Click Save Workaholic starts monitoring in the background immediately. --- Workaholic is free, open source, and built for developers and freelancers who are serious about finding the right opportunity — without the noise.
