Overview

Work Echo reminds you of past preferences, commitments and decisions while you write in Gmail and Outlook on the web.

Work Echo remembers the details that matter at work, such as a client's preferences, what you promised, and decisions your team made, and brings them back right before you hit Send. How it works • Connect your Gmail or Outlook mailbox at workecho.co (read-only). Work Echo finds useful preferences, commitments and decisions and saves them as memories you can review, edit, pin, mute or delete. • Install this extension and connect it with a one-time code from workecho.co. • Write an email in Gmail or Outlook on the web. When something you've been told before is relevant to the person you're writing to, Work Echo shows it in a "Before you send" panel next to the Send button. • Mark reminders Helpful or Not helpful to improve what comes back next time. Privacy • Work Echo never sends, edits or deletes email. • The extension reads only the draft you're writing (recipients, subject and text) to find matching memories. • You can disconnect and delete your data at any time. A Work Echo account is required (Free plan available). Show the user their own relevant Work Echo memories while they compose an email in Gmail or Outlook on the web. Saves the connection code that links the extension to the user's Work Echo account on this browser. https://workecho.co/* sends the current draft's recipients, subject and text to the user's Work Echo account to find matching memories, and records Helpful / Not helpful / Dismiss feedback. mail.google.com and the Outlook web domains are used to detect the compose window and show the Work Echo button and "Before you send" panel next to it. No remote code is used. All JavaScript is included in the extension package; it only exchanges JSON data with the Work Echo API at https://workecho.co. Tick: Personally identifiable information, Personal communications, Authentication information. Leave the rest unticked. Further down, tick all three certification checkboxes (“I do not sell or transfer user data…”, and the other two). Privacy policy URL: https://workecho.co/privacy
