Wordtune: Generative AI productivity platform

Please help me. I am an Iranian student who used to paraphrase with Word tune. Your program was amazing in helping me convey my meanings. But recently I cannot even "enter" the program. Whenever I try to connect the extension to the website, it does not recognize my email address and gives this message:"something went wrong. Please try again." Once I paid for an additional year, the AI version is not available. I would expect after paying close to $200 I would have the same options as I did last year. The prompt keeps sending me to the business upgrade which I do not need.

It is ok when it works, but someting it just keep asking me log in and cannot really use it

the wordtune is not honest , the cut off the money from the master card put they didnot regenration the validity of your acount and ask you to pay again. Dont trust the wordtune team.

i am facing problem with this extension, while printing from google chrome it adds a extra blank page behind every document specially behind pdf

Can't login ..I have purchased it by my official Gmail. But now I can't login by my personal Gmail by inputting previous login credential.
