The colour tells you at a glance how it stacks up: • Dark green (Excellent!) — 20g+ protein per 100 kcal — egg whites, lean meat, whey • Light green (Good!) — 10g+ — passes the "10x protein > kcal" rule of thumb • Yellow (OK) — 6g+ — a bit below • Orange (Poor) — 3g+ • Red (Bad) — under 3g — mostly fat or carbs • Grey — no nutrition data published Hover any pill for the full per-100g and per-serving breakdown — protein in grams and energy in kcal (with kJ for reference).
