it does feel more like you're renting the plugin rather than purchasing it. Although you technically buy the license, The licensing model seems to have several challenges that could be frustrating for users. Limiting support to only 6 months, especially when frequent plugin updates may cause compatibility issues with server environments (like PHP versions), can lead to disruptions in functionality. Requiring customers to purchase additional support or a new license every 6 months to resolve... Show more

I have had to repurchase this plugin YET again today, as well as spend over $300.00 for my tech to only tell me that the plugin has bad issues(bugs) and doesnt update or work.( he has set it up before for my other websites, that I got this plugin for) and not having this much of an issue. I have sent numerous emails and still to this day have not received any response back... Mind you this has been almost a year. I dont really understand this plugin anymore the shipping cost while importing is saying not available and its only the product price showing please fix this am sick and tired of this your plugin
