Hi. If you received this message while using the latest version of both ALD chrome extension and the plugin (whether you're using free or premium ALD plugin), I would recommend reinstalling the chrome extension. Also, we requires plugin version 2.1.1 in chrome extension if you're using premium plugin. However, with free ALD plugin, you can still import products if you use its latest version. Hello, I could use it before, but in 2024, I found that it can no longer be used, sometimes good or bad! Sometimes when uploading products, it prompts that there are 8 errors and cannot be uploaded. Sometimes it says there is a problem with the secret key. Sometimes an error is displayed when uploading from the list to the website. The problem is not mentioned.
