Flat hunting in Germany is a full-time job. WohnungsRadar does the legwork for you. WohnungsRadar then regularly searches ImmoScout24, Kleinanzeigen, Immowelt, WG-Gesucht and ohne-makler, reads every new ad and shows you only the ones that really fit. HOW IT WORKS • Describe your wishes in English or German – or use the filters • WohnungsRadar reads the portals in a minimized Chrome window, slowly and politely • Every ad gets a 0–100 score with clear reasons for and against • Chrome notifies you about good new matches • "Draft message" writes a personal letter in German to the landlord – you review and send it yourself WHAT IT UNDERSTANDS • Warm and cold rent, service charges and deposit – even when they only appear in the ad text • Real distance to your city, from the postcode • Balcony, garden, fitted kitchen, pets, elevator, ground floor, fixed-term contracts and more • Filters out "wanted" posts, flat swaps, holiday lets and sublets • Scam warning signs (payment before viewing, keys by post, landlord abroad …) PRIVATE BY DESIGN • No account, no server: your searches and details stay in your browser • No ads, no tracking • AI included: Claude double-checks borderline ads and writes personal messages – no key needed, with a daily limit. Can be switched off; power users can add their own Anthropic key. FAIR TO THE PORTALS WohnungsRadar only reads what you could see yourself in your browser, with pauses between pages. If a portal shows a robot check, it stops and tells you – it never tries to get around it. Nothing is sent to landlords automatically.
