Witness is the Chrome extension for the Witness CRM (witness-crm.vercel.app). It puts a helper panel next to your direct messages on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Messenger and LinkedIn, so appointment setters can work their DMs without switching tabs. It never sends a message for you. It counts, reads and suggests. You decide what gets sent. What it does - Counts your DMs. Start a shift and every DM you send is counted, so your daily numbers fill in by themselves. - Opener ideas. On a profile, press Scan this profile and get a first message that fits that person. Copy it and send it yourself. - Reply ideas. Stuck in a chat? Press Read this chat and get a few ideas for your next line. - Your script lines. The lines from your team's setting script show up for the part of the chat you are in. - One-tap lead saving. Add the person you are talking to as a lead in your CRM, with their stage and follow-up date. - Inbox check. An optional nightly run reads your chat list and shows who is waiting on a reply. It never opens a chat that would mark someone's message as Seen. - Shift box. Your numbers for the shift, today, 7 days and 30 days, with your team rank and streak. What it does not do - It never sends, likes, follows or comments for you. - It never types into a box unless you press a button, and it never presses Send. - It does not run on any other website and does not track your browsing. - It does not sell your data or show ads.
