Adds the MadGrades grade percentages next to the course name and the professor RateMyProfessor rating next to the professor name. Clicking on these ratings will open up a new tab with the corresponding MadGrades or RateMyProfessor page. In order to run this extension, you must create a GitHub account and obtain an api key from https://api.madgrades.com/ and input it into the extension. All credit for MadGrades and RateMyProfessor functionality goes to the creators of those websites. Note: Not all professors are in the RateMyProfessor database, and not all classes are in MadGrades, so this extension can get ratings incorrect in these cases.
