AI assistant that helps users work with speech, text, and perform AI actions directly from the browser.

Winky is a browser voice workflow tool for routine optimization. It turns speech into text, lets you run Actions on that text, and keeps Notes, History, Audio EQ, Compressor, sites styles in one place. WHAT WINKY DOES * Speech to text on demand using a selected provider (OpenAI Whisper or Google Gemini). * Actions: user-defined prompts that run on the transcribed text and return structured results. * Notes: create, edit, and delete notes. Notes are synced to your Winky account. * History: view recent transcriptions and Action results inside the extension. * Optional X/Twitter integration (opt-in): adds a “Winky Notes” button on X profile pages to open the Notes section in the extension and filter notes by the current profile. All features run only after explicit user interaction. SETUP 1. Sign in * Sign in with your Winky account. * OAuth sign-in is supported (Google, GitHub, Discord). 2. Configure AI providers (required) Open Settings and configure: * Speech provider: Our model(if u have credits on your account on xlartas.com) OR OpenAI / Google Gemini (API key required). * LLM provider: Our models(if u have credits on your account on xlartas.com) OR OpenAI / Google Gemini (API key required). API keys are required to use the extension. END-TO-END FLOW (HOW TO USE) 1. Open the extension popup. 2. Click the Winky character button in the header to open the microphone panel. 3. Record audio and choose one of actions around the mic. 4. Check result. ACTIONS Actions are prompts that transform the transcribed text. Where to find and edit Actions: * Open the extension. * Open the burger menu. * Go to the Actions/Edit section to view, create, and edit your Actions. NOTES Notes are synced to your Winky account via the API or saved locally. Notes features: * Create, edit, delete notes * Save Action results into notes * View and search notes inside the extension HISTORY (fully locally) History shows: * Transcriptions * Action results * Execution time History updates after each transcription/action and is available inside the extension UI. Audio Enhance: built-in compressor and equalizer to improve sound balance directly inside the extension. Styles: apply custom CSS styles to any website, including full dark-mode transformations or advanced layout modifications. OPTIONAL X/TWITTER INTEGRATION (OPT-IN) X integration is disabled by default. How it works: 1. Enable X integration in the extension (Settings or Notes page toggle, depending on UI). 2. Open any X profile page. 3. A “Winky Notes” button appears on the profile page. 4. Clicking “Winky Notes” opens the extension Notes section and automatically filters notes by the current X username. Creating a note for a specific profile: * When you open the microphone panel while on an X profile page, an extra button appears: “Create note @username”. * Clicking it creates a new note with the current profile’s username attached. Note: the “Winky Notes” button itself does not create notes. It only opens Notes with a filter.
