Window Vault keeps complex browser workspaces recoverable without an account or cloud service. Save every regular Chrome window and tab in one click, then restore that snapshot whenever you need it. Window Vault preserves window layout, tab order, pinned tabs, the active tab, and tab groups where Chrome permits restoration. Automatic backup can run at a minute or hour interval you choose. Retention applies only to automatic snapshots, so manually saved snapshots are never removed automatically. Export one snapshot or your complete vault as a portable JSON file. Move the file to another computer, import it there, and restore the saved workspace. Privacy is built in: • All snapshots and settings stay in local Chrome extension storage. • No account or cloud synchronization. • No analytics, telemetry, advertising, or tracking. • No data sale or sharing. • No access to page contents. Window Vault supports English, Simplified Chinese, French, Russian, Italian, Spanish, Japanese, Korean, Vietnamese, and Arabic. Chrome does not allow extensions to reopen some protected pages, including most chrome:// and extension URLs. Window Vault skips unavailable tabs during restoration.
