Wild Links
Overview
Draw a selection box over links to open them all in background tabs.
Wild Links brings back the power of rubber-band link selection — right-click and drag a box over any links on a page, and they all open instantly in background tabs. Perfect for research, reading lists, spreadsheets with hyperlinks, or any time you want to queue up multiple pages without losing your place. Key features: • Right-click drag to draw a selection box over links • Opens all selected links in background tabs instantly • Live link highlighting — see exactly which links will open as you drag • Cursor counter shows a live count near your cursor while selecting • Duplicate URLs are automatically skipped • ESC key cancels a drag in progress • Custom tab limit confirmation — a clean in-page dialog instead of a browser alert • Works inside iframes (including Google Sheets) • Fully configurable — trigger method, selection box appearance, tab behavior, link filtering, and link feedback style • Light, dark, and system theme support • Settings sync across devices via your Google account Configurable options include: • Activation method: right-click drag, Alt+drag, middle-click drag, or custom key combo • Selection box color, fill, opacity, border style, and thickness • Tab limit warning with a custom in-page confirmation dialog • Focus behavior after opening: stay, focus first, or focus last tab • Link feedback style: highlight, number counter, icon, or none • Link filtering: relative links, same root domain only, skip duplicates
