WHAT IS FREE Articles other readers have already generated open instantly and are free to read, with no account. Generating a brand-new article uses a Google sign-in and a free daily allowance. Videos without captions cannot be read. HOW IT WORKS AND WHAT IT READS WikiTube reads the video's public captions and writes the article with AI. On YouTube the extension reads video links, caption availability and player position to place its shortcuts and keep the article in sync. Captions are fetched without your YouTube account cookies and sent to WikiTube only when an article is generated. Preferences and first-use progress stay in your browser. Anonymous milestone names (installed, first article read) are sent to WikiTube with no account, video or URL; an install that came from one of our ads also carries that ad's campaign label.
