概述
Adds a button to pronounce the topic of a wikipedia page.
Adds a button next on a Wikipedia page next to the topic header that allows for text to speech of the topic name. Options allow changing the language, volume, and speed of the voice. NOTE: Language selection doesn't currently change anything. Will fix in future.
