Overview
Save pages with your why. Stop hoarding links you never reopen.
WhyRead is an intentional bookmarking extension. It saves the page you're viewing together with why you wanted to read it. Sound familiar? - The read-later graveyard: you save articles, forget why, and never open them again. - Tab overload: dozens of tabs you promised to read "someday." - Broken flow: jumping to another notes app just to jot the reason. How WhyRead helps - Save the current page to your WhyRead account without leaving the tab - Capture your why: a short note about your intent, before it fades - Optional AI summary to grasp the core faster (follows your WhyRead plan) Don't just hoard links. Save the article with your intent, so future you still wants to read it. How to use 1. Install the extension 2. Sign in to WhyRead and connect your account 3. Open the page you want to save and click the WhyRead icon 4. Write why you wanted it, then tap Save (you can leave it blank) A WhyRead account is required. This extension works with WhyRead (https://whyread.app/en).
