Who Unfollowed Me? - Instagram/Threads Follow Back Checker is a local tool for reviewing Instagram or Threads accounts that do not follow you back from the official data export you download yourself. It helps you check follow back status without sharing your file or scraping follower pages. Select your ZIP or JSON export, and the extension compares the accounts you follow with the accounts that follow you. The file is parsed in your browser, and the saved analysis stays in Chrome's local storage. When you upload a file, the extension may open Instagram or Threads and read only the current username so review history can stay separate for each of your accounts. What it helps with: - See accounts you follow that are not in your followers export - Review possible unfollow or no follow back accounts manually - Mark accounts as kept, done, or excluded after you have checked them - Keep review progress separate for each of your Instagram or Threads accounts How to use it: 1. Open the Meta Accounts Center export screen. 2. Select the Threads or Instagram profile and request a JSON export. 3. Choose "Followers and following", "Connections", or all available information when possible. 4. Download the ZIP or JSON export when the request is ready. The extension needs the file, not a link or screenshot. 5. Open this extension from Chrome's side panel. 6. Select the export file. 7. Review the local comparison result. This extension works from official export files only. It does not prove historical unfollow events, log in for you, scrape follower content, automate follows or unfollows, use internal APIs, or send your file to a server.
