Creates a local, read-only staffing shortlist from four visible Tanda pages without changing Tanda.

Who Can Work Now helps an authorised Tanda roster user identify staff who may be suitable for a specific shift. The user enters the shift date and time, then explicitly captures four visible Tanda views: Staff, Timesheets, the daily Roster, and the Print Roster summary. The extension checks the requested role, existing roster, leave, unavailability, captured fortnight totals, and visible work-right qualification status. It then shows a conservative shortlist and explains why other staff were blocked. Privacy and safety: - Read-only: it does not create, edit, approve, publish, save, or delete Tanda records. - Local-only: captured information and recommendations are processed inside Chrome. - Temporary: information uses Chrome session storage and can be removed with Clear. - No passwords, cookies, advertising, analytics, or external data transmission. Important limitations: this is a rostering aid, not legal advice or a compliance system. It cannot see hours worked for another employer.
