Draw on top of websites, capture and save screenshots, and export annotations as a PDF.
Whiteboard Overlay adds a simple annotation layer to the current webpage so you can mark up what is on screen without leaving the page. Use it to: draw on the current webpage with pen, highlighter, rectangle, ellipse, circle, and eraser tools add editable text annotations directly on the page change text color, font, and size adjust drawing color and brush size select part of the visible page before export save annotated screenshots as PNG copy screenshots to the clipboard export the visible page and annotations as PDF optionally add a second PDF page with visible page text context How it works: click the extension icon to open the Whiteboard side panel, click Enable drawing on the current tab draw, add text, or mark shapes directly over the page click existing text annotations to edit them again export the visible result when you are done Notes: Whiteboard Overlay works on regular webpages that Chrome extensions are allowed to access Chrome blocks extensions from running on some pages such as internal Chrome pages and the Chrome Web Store screenshots and PDF files are created locally in the browser the extension does not upload your page content or drawings to a remote server
