可方便切换Whistle的规则，以及方便修改是否让chrome通过Whistle代理，并通过设置是否自动刷新来及时生效修改，是前端开发的利器 注意：使用需要认证的whistle代理的时候，URL应该是 http://username:password@ip:port 的形式
