Great option when I'm logged into another tool and I need access to my Whistic Knowledge Base. I love not needing to have Whistic open in a separate window to get the information I need!

It's great that our entire customer facing organization can quickly search for answers without having to interrupt engineering, legal, or compliance teams to respond to customer inquiries.
