Your library stays in this browser profile by default. There are no accounts, billing, automatic cloud sync, team memberships, advertising or analytics. Optional public publishing sends only a space you explicitly choose to your configured server; link notes are opt-in. Public URLs can be read by anyone who has them. Hosting requires your own server; no hosted service is preconfigured. Export backups to keep a separate copy. Whiskr replaces your new-tab page. The tabs permission lets it display open tabs and save/reopen sessions. Optional closing happens only after your selected tabs have been saved; pinned tabs stay open. Shortcuts: / or Ctrl/Cmd+K to search, N for a new collection, and Alt+Shift+S for the toolbar popup. You can change Chrome's extension shortcut assignments in browser settings.
