WhichOrg — Organisation Colours for Xero

Gives each Xero organisation its own colour, so you always know which company you are working in.

This extension makes no network requests. Not one. There is nothing for it to send your data to. If you work across many Xero organisations, the risk isn't not knowing Xero. It's being one click away from the wrong company. WhichOrg makes the organisation you're in impossible to miss. WHAT IT DOES • A colour for every organisation: Xero's top bar takes the colour you choose, with text that stays readable. • A frame around the whole window, so the colour stays visible when you've scrolled down a report or are deep in an invoice. • Colour in Xero's organisation switcher, so lookalike client names are easy to tell apart before you pick one. • Exact identification: WhichOrg uses Xero's own organisation code, not the name, so near-identical names and renamed organisations keep the right colour. • Honest when it can't tell: if WhichOrg can't identify the organisation, it shows no colour and a small "org not detected" note. It never guesses. • Share one colour scheme with your team: export your colours to a file and colleagues import it. PRIVACY Zero server storage. We don't read your accounting data, we don't connect to the Xero API, and we don't even have a database. Your data never leaves your browser. FREE AND PAID Every feature is free. The Free plan covers up to 3 organisations for one person. Paid plans cover unlimited organisations: Solo (1 person), Team (2 to 10 people) and Firm (11 or more), billed yearly. Plans are bought on whichorg.com, and the licence code you receive by email is entered in the extension.
