House prices — See how the listing price compares to the local median for that property type. Includes the typical price range, min/max sold, and median prices for flats, terraced, semi-detached and detached properties — all based on the last 3 years of HM Land Registry data. HOW IT WORKS Open any property listing on Rightmove or Zoopla. The WhereToSettle sidebar appears automatically on the right-hand side. Click any school pin on the map to see its details. Switch to the House Prices tab to see local pricing context. No account required to use the extension. Works on both Rightmove and Zoopla.
