Where is my package? - Package tracker

We just tried the application and while it seems to offer all the information you need, is missing for us the most important which is to tell us when the package will arrive. it only says, is been shipped and in transit, something that is obvious. that is the reason we are tracking it.

Why can I not put in my tracking number. No place on the page will it let me do that. What am I doing wrong. Help
