Does anybody know how to get the lower blue neon line to show? If you look at the 'demo' picture showing what the theme will look like, it has the blue tabs and below the bookmarks bar is another blue line, However, when I install this theme, I do not see that blue line which should be separating the bookmark bar from the rest of the page below. Any help would be great! Thanks
