no settings available and left tilt goes back two pages

It used to work great, but randomly stopped working. Uninstalling and reinstalling didn't fix it.

Was working great but the lastest version of Chrome (34) seems to have made the tilt wheel just scroll up and down the page.

Finally, the extension I was looking for years on Chrome! It works as expected, but why does it require "Your data on all websites" as permission? It seems a bit intrusive to me, or not?
