Whaur tells you when the next buses will reach your stops in Edinburgh and the Lothians, worked out from where each bus actually is right now. - **Your stops, live.** Save up to 12 stops, found by name, by the code on the stop sign, or by stop letter. Each stop lists every service due, soonest first: tracked buses count down in minutes, and later ones show their timetabled time. - **Where each bus is.** Open any bus to see it on its route, with every stop left on its trip and a time at each. - **Live map.** Every bus on the road around Edinburgh, in its route's colour. Find one by service, fleet number or destination, and compare the routes of several buses side by side. - **Bus alerts.** Tap the bell on a bus and Whaur lets you know when it's a few minutes away. - **Honest times.** Buses that haven't started their trip yet are shown at their timetabled time, or at Lothian's own live time when it has one. Cancellations and diversions from the operator are shown too. If the bus data feed itself pauses, Whaur says so. - Light and dark themes. **How it works:** bus positions come from the City of Edinburgh Council's Bus Tracker. Whaur places each bus on its route and turns the distance left into time, using travel times it keeps learning from every bus on the road. **Privacy:** no account, no ads, no tracking. Your saved stops stay in your browser. Whaur's server only gets the stops you look at and any alerts you set, along with an anonymous install code.
