WhatsNext is the browser companion to your WhatsNext account — the watch-tracker you already use on your phone and on the web. It follows what you watch across streaming sites, keeps your progress in sync, and gives you a powerful in-page Volume Boost for any tab. Pair the extension with your account once (scan a QR code or type a short code — your signed-in phone approves it, no extra password), and your watchlist, lists, and history are right there while you browse. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ TRACK WHAT YOU WATCH • One-tap follow — the search box auto-fills with the show on the page you're watching, so adding it to your list takes a single click. • Choose a list — Watching, Watch Later, or Completed, right from the result. • Auto mark-as-watched — episodes are checked off automatically as you finish them (optional). • "Where I watch" links — save the exact page you watch a show on and jump back to the next episode with one click. • Watch History diary — a clean, paged log of everything you've watched, with posters, episode badges, and dates. • Search a real catalog — powered by AniList (anime), TVmaze (TV), and Trakt (movies). ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ VOLUME BOOST — sound control, as a plus • Make any tab louder — amplify audio from 0% up to 600%, far beyond your system's maximum, for quiet videos and podcasts. • One-click presets — 100 / 200 / 300 / 450 / 600%, plus a fine slider. • Per-site memory — the extension can remember and reapply your preferred level for each site automatically. • Keyboard shortcuts — Alt+Shift+Up / Down to adjust, Alt+Shift+1 to reset to 100%, Alt+Shift+F to toggle fullscreen when a player blocks its own button. • Works on protected players — on DRM streaming sites it switches to a capture-based mode so the boost still applies. • Live badge — the toolbar button shows the current boost level at a glance, and the same control appears inline on the popup Home while a boost is active. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ IN-PLAYER HELPERS • Skip intros, recaps, and outros automatically (community-sourced skip times). • Auto-play the next episode. • Auto-advance your saved watch link to the next episode.
