WhatsApp WEB Sender is a free WhatsApp bulk sender for customer updates, order notifications, appointment reminders and community announcements. Work from your existing WhatsApp Web account: organize contacts, prepare messages, schedule broadcasts and automate replies in one browser panel. Choose the recipient column and keep your own data columns. • Use phone numbers in international format, WhatsApp group IDs or group invite links as recipients. • Add, edit, search and export contacts from the panel. • Enable duplicate removal to reject repeated recipients during import. • Create filtered lists using text patterns and labels to work with a relevant audience. • Use placeholders such as {{Name}} and {{Order}} to personalize every message. • Add Spintax, for example {Hello|Hi}, to prepare alternative wording. • Preview a message before launching your broadcast and keep reusable templates. Set the endpoint URL, headers, request body and prompt, then use the service response as your reply. An output regular expression can extract the reply text. You can connect your own AI service, webhook or business endpoint through this mechanism. AI requires a configured external service and any credentials or fees that service uses. It is an integration capability, not a bundled AI subscription or a ready-made connection to a particular CRM. CHECK CONTACTS AND GROUPS BEFORE SENDING Run a separate checker campaign without sending messages. Check whether a phone number resolves in WhatsApp and inspect group status and available metadata. Results are written to your list so you can review them before a broadcast. Finding a contact or group does not guarantee delivery or permission to write. An unavailable avatar is only a possible signal, not proof that someone has blocked you.
