Overview

InboxCRM — organize your WhatsApp Web chats with pipelines, notes, quick replies, campaigns and scheduled messages.

Turn WhatsApp Web into a full CRM — pipelines, notes, campaigns, scheduling, auto-replies and WhatsApp backup inboxCRM adds a sidebar and chat-tools panel to WhatsApp Web so you can run your customer conversations like a business, not a chat log. Everything is stored locally in your browser; there is no external database and your chats are never uploaded. What it does Kanban pipeline: drag conversations through your own deal stages Per-contact notes, tags and profiles that appear next to the open chat Quick replies: reusable templates with media, shortcuts and variables Scheduled and recurring messages, plus scheduled WhatsApp statuses Bulk campaigns with a built-in sending-safety layer: randomised delays, hourly and daily limits, quiet hours, batch cooldowns and warm-up mode designed to keep sending human-paced Chatbot flow builder for auto-replies and guided conversations Follow-up reminders when a lead sits too long in a stage Order tracking, reports, funnel analytics and local backup/restore Optional AI assistant that drafts or improves replies using the open conversation — powered by your own API key (OpenRouter, OpenAI, Gemini or Groq) Privacy blur for screen-sharing How to use it 1. Install the extension and open web.whatsapp.com. 2. Link WhatsApp by scanning the QR code as usual. 3. Sign in with your Extino account when prompted. 4. The inboxCRM rail appears on the left — open any chat and start organising. A note on how it works: the extension injects the open-source @wppconnect/wa-js library (bundled inside the package, never downloaded) into the WhatsApp Web page to read the open conversation and send the messages you ask it to send. It only runs on web.whatsapp.com. All CRM data lives in chrome.storage.local on your device. We do not collect, sell or transmit your chats. The optional AI assistant sends the current conversation excerpt to the AI provider you configured, using your own API key, only when you invoke it. inboxCRM is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by WhatsApp or Meta. Bulk messaging can violate WhatsApp's Terms of Service and can get numbers restricted; the built-in safety limits reduce, but cannot eliminate, that risk.
