Weekmate Notetaker records, transcribes, and organizes your video meetings — Google Meet, Microsoft Teams (web), and Zoom (web client) — so you can focus on the conversation instead of taking notes. WHAT IT DOES • One-click recording of tab audio and, optionally, your microphone, directly from the meeting page • Auto-record when you join a call, with a floating REC indicator so everyone on your side knows it's on • Live, rolling subtitles overlaid on the meeting page while you record • Automatic transcription with speaker labels, plus AI-generated summaries and action items after the call • Auto-share the recording and transcript with attendees a few minutes after the meeting ends • A searchable library of your past recordings, transcripts, and summaries • Optional AI meeting bot (Google Meet, for now) that joins the call as its own participant and keeps recording even if you close your browser • Connect your Google or Microsoft calendar so upcoming meetings are detected automatically YOUR DATA, YOUR SERVER Recordings, transcripts, and summaries are uploaded to a server your organization controls — not a third-party cloud we operate. You sign in with your organization's Weekmate Notetaker account to use the extension.
