WHERE IT WORKS In Chrome, on the web versions of Google Meet, Zoom and Microsoft Teams. Not on the Zoom and Teams desktop apps. WHAT YOU GET A few minutes later, in your workspace: • the transcript • your notes: context, needs, objections raised, next steps • a follow-up email drafted by AI, for you to review and copy • every objection graded, handled well or needs work, with the exact quote • buying signals, caught or missed, and your talk time • your coaching: strengths, areas to improve, one focus for next time HOW TO RECORD 1. Open your meeting in Chrome. 2. Open the Weecloz panel: click the icon, or press Option+W on Mac, Alt+W on Windows. 3. Click “Start recording”. A Weecloz tab opens: pick your meeting’s tab and check “Share tab audio”. 4. Go back to your meeting. A bar shows the timer, with pause and stop. GOOD TO KNOW • You need a Weecloz account. We set it up with you after a demo: book yours at site.weecloz.io. • That tab stays open while you record. It does the recording, so don’t close it before the end. • Nothing records until you click. Cancel a recording and the extension deletes the audio.
