Overview
Send public web articles to your Kindle from the browser.
WebToKindle helps you save public web articles to your Kindle from Chrome. When you find an article you want to read later, open the extension popup or use the right-click menu to save the current page or a linked article to your WebToKindle queue. WebToKindle then prepares the article through your account and sends it to your configured Kindle email as a Kindle-friendly EPUB bundle. What you can do: - Save the current public article page to your Kindle queue. - Send a linked article from the right-click menu. - View your Kindle setup status and remaining monthly sends. - Send queued articles as one EPUB bundle. - Open your WebToKindle dashboard, history, and settings from the extension. - Retry failed articles when supported. - Optionally upload visible article content only after confirmation if automatic extraction fails. Privacy and content handling: By default, the extension sends only the page URL, title, canonical URL, language, extension version, and browser type to WebToKindle. It does not upload page content, cookies, passwords, browser storage, or screenshots during normal sending. If WebToKindle cannot extract an article from the URL, the extension may offer a manual recovery option. This option uploads readable content from the current page only after you explicitly confirm. It is designed for pages you can lawfully save for personal Kindle reading. Limitations: WebToKindle is intended for public web articles. It does not bypass paywalls, login restrictions, DRM, or other access controls. Some websites may block automated article extraction.
