Scrapes HTML from websites using offscreen documents.

Websites Reader is a lightweight Chrome extension that allows external web applications (like local tools or internal dashboards) to scrape raw HTML content from specified websites in the background. This extension does not have a user interface and only runs when requested by an external app that you control.
