This is a small and simple extension which blocks a user defined list of web sites. It is useful when you have a habit to visit a web site without thinking twice... It could help you focus and save time. This extension can help you if you are already interested in spiritual development, mindfulness and meditation. To use it: 1. Install it 2. Go to Manage Extensions or find it in your Extensions icon(top right of the browser window) 3. Click on it or choose it 4. Click on Options 5. Specify as a list the pages you wish to block and click on the save button.
