Overview
Narrate text on a webpage
This extension reads out the text content that is selected on a webpage or all the text content on the page if nothing is selected. This presents a hands-free option for individuals to peruse pages by having it dictated to them rather than having to read it themselves. You may want this option of listening rather than reading due to tired eyes or just your preference/convenience. For example, getting ready for work and want to read an article on the web while fixing breakfast? Navigate to the page click the extension icon, select the content want to read and hit the play button to have the extension read the contents out loud to you. Performing some chore while you want to read content on a webpage, this extension has you covered as well. This extension has a UI with three buttons: the play button, the stop button and the theme toggle button that switches the theme from dark to light and vice-versa.

Works as intended but extremely simple, only one voice option and it sounds very slow and mechanical so I had to take a couple of stars since there are other free TTS that are much more advanced
