Webpage Change Detector does not require an account and does not operate a developer cloud database, analytics system, advertising network, or telemetry service. The extension does not send your monitor list, change history, snapshots, or other stored extension data to a developer-operated server or third-party analytics service. When background monitoring checks a webpage, the extension requests the webpage you specifically chose to monitor.
