Overview

Encrypted local password manager with autofill, save and update prompts, and RoboForm CSV import.

WebLatch Vault keeps login entries encrypted in this browser profile. On HTTPS sign-in pages, choose a saved account to fill its username and password. No account or developer cloud service is required. • Save, search, edit, and delete login entries. • Fill a matching account for the exact HTTPS site you are visiting. WebLatch Vault never submits the form for you. • After you submit a supported sign-in, sign-up, or password-change form, WebLatch Vault reads the entered username and password and asks whether to Save a new account or Update a saved password. Nothing is stored in the vault until you confirm. Pending suggestions are encrypted locally and expire after two minutes. • Generate passwords and copy saved usernames or passwords when needed. • Preview and import a RoboForm CSV export locally. • Download an encrypted JSON backup and restore it with the backup's master password. • Let this browser remember the vault after unlock; use Lock to require the master password again. The encrypted vault stays in this browser profile. There is no cross-device sync or developer-operated recovery. Protect your device and use Lock on shared computers. Form detection supports standard forms on the main page; some multi-step, embedded, or cross-origin sign-ins may require manual saving. RoboForm CSV exports contain readable passwords; delete the CSV after verifying the import.
