Webico Zalo Sync kết nối Zalo Web (chat.zalo.me) với hệ thống Webico CRM, giúp đội ngũ bán hàng quản lý khách hàng hiệu quả hơn. Tính năng chính: • Tự động nhận diện Lead & Customer từ cuộc trò chuyện Zalo • Đồng bộ tin nhắn real-time vào CRM • Ghi chú nhanh và xem lịch sử hoạt động ngay trong Side Panel • Liên kết contact Zalo với CRM chỉ 1 click • Hiển thị thông tin khách hàng: trạng thái, người phụ trách, deals, liên hệ Cách sử dụng: 1. Đăng nhập CRM tại Settings > Zalo Extension > Tạo API Token 2. Click icon extension > Nhập CRM URL + API Token 3. Mở chat.zalo.me > Side Panel tự động hiển thị thông tin khách hàng 4. Tin nhắn tự động sync mỗi 30 giây Yêu cầu: • Tài khoản Webico CRM (my.webico.vn) • Zalo Web (chat.zalo.me)
