WebFoundry rebuilds real websites as editable Figma designs. Capture a page with the WebFoundry Capture extension for Chrome, then drop the .wfd file on this plugin. You get frames with Auto Layout, components, colour variables and text styles, not a flat screenshot. What you get • Auto Layout that is checked against the browser. If Figma would move anything, exact positions are kept. • Components and instances from repeated cards, each with its own text and images. • Local colour variables (opacity included) and text styles from repeated type. • Hyperlinks, text truncation, gradients, shadows, blur and Grid Auto Layout where Figma supports it. • Several widths in one capture, each as its own frame. • Import notes saved on every frame. Handles real-world pages Scroll-in animations, lazy-loaded images, app-shell pages that scroll inside a box, scroll-locked pages, icon sprites and CSS-mask icons. Cookie banners and chat widgets can be hidden for the capture. Private by design Capture and import run on your computer. No account and no upload. Optional redaction turns digits into 0 and e-mails into x before the file is saved. Query strings are dropped from links, and form values are never captured. How to use 1. Install WebFoundry Capture from the Chrome Web Store. 2. Open a page, choose your widths and press Capture page. 3. In Figma, run WebFoundry Importer and drop the .wfd file. Works with Chrome, Edge, Brave, Arc and Opera, in Figma desktop and in the browser.
