Keep those hands on the keyboard! Ctrl + Shift + S will hit the 'Accept' button for you.

There is no keyboard shortcut for hitting the Accept button in WebCTRL while making changes, hopefully this helps everyone keep their hands on their keyboard. WebCTRL and related tools are an on-premise server which can be installed on all popular operating systems.
