A simple yet powerful webcam recorder extension with an optional audio capturing capability. The extension records your camera on-demand in WebM format. To protect user privacy the extension does not send or receive any data from/to any server whatsoever. It works completely offline. The video files are stored in the default download directory. Highlights: -> This extension is capable of recording video streams with audio and --> muted. -> This extension uses a non-persistent background page -> This extension works offline -> This extension uses IndexedDB storage so that it can record very long streams -> This extension recovers stored recordings after a browser crash -> This extension supports the pause and resume of recording.
