Add chroma key overlays to your webcam feed for streaming!

During online streams, a lot of gamers will display his/her webcam on the stream for viewers to see. Sometimes it would be nice to change the shape of your webcam to match the UI of your game (e.g. the hexagonal shape common in MOBAs). Webcam Effects simply displays your webcam in a standalone Chrome window and allows you to set a "shape" of your video.
