How to use it Pin WebAge to your toolbar and open a website. The icon badge shows the domain’s age: 12y means 12 years; 45d means 45 days. Click the icon for details. The new-domain notice appears in the bottom-right corner of the website itself, not inside the extension popup. About the data Age is calculated from domain registration services using RDAP. Domain age is not the website’s launch date or a trust score. Dates may change when domains are registered again. Some domain extensions do not provide registration dates; WebAge does not guess when a date is unavailable. Privacy The queried root domain is sent to its registration service. URL paths, query parameters, and page content are not sent. The registration service can see your IP address during the connection. Results are temporarily cached for the browser session. Theme and notice preferences are saved on your device. WebAge includes no advertising or analytics code.
