Bring AI to the website you're working on. WebAct is a Chrome extension for browser automation, page-aware chat, and everyday data extraction. Describe what you need in plain language and keep your work in view with a small, movable side icon. EXTRACT WEBSITE DATA TO CSV Turn readable tables and lists on your current page into spreadsheet-ready files. Use the web scraper to collect selected information without copying each row by hand. For example: “Export this table to CSV and keep the column headings.” SUMMARIZE WEBPAGES AND DRAFT TEXT Ask questions about an article, get the main points of selected content, or prepare a reply in Chat mode. Add the page context you want the assistant to use. Try: “Summarize this article in five points.” FILL FORMS AND REVIEW CHANGES Switch to Task mode to work with page controls and fill ordinary form fields using details you provide. Follow the steps and inspect the result. Try: “Fill in these details, then stop before submitting.” Your approval preference controls ordinary actions; JavaScript and CSS require explicit source review. SAVE USEFUL WORKFLOWS Save a completed task to use again. Find previous conversations in your local library and move the side icon wherever it feels comfortable. Its position is remembered, so your page remains the focus. GET STARTED Install the extension, create an account with email and password, and connect a supported AI provider in the same Chrome profile. Open a supported webpage and click the toolbar icon. Choose Chat for questions and writing, or Task for browser actions. No API key is needed for the browser connection. WHAT'S FREE? The Free plan includes 25 automation tasks per month. Each user prompt requesting an automation counts once; internal agent steps do not use extra tasks. Chat mode has no WebAct task cap and does not spend this allowance. Your AI provider's availability and usage limits still apply. ACCESS AND CONTROL WebAct uses temporary access to the page you activate. A different tab or another website needs a new toolbar click. Chrome internal pages, the Chrome Web Store, and some embedded content cannot be automated. You can stop a task at any time. Review answers, exports, and changes before relying on them. The interface supports 10 languages, with your choice synchronized between the extension and its website in the same browser profile. The product is independent of its supported AI providers.
