Overview

Extract tables, cards, and lists from the page you are viewing, then save CSV, Excel, or a Google Sheet.

Web to Excel turns tables, lists, and repeated cards on the page you are viewing into a spreadsheet. Open the side panel, choose what to extract, check the preview, and save. Use it when copying rows by hand would be slow or easy to get wrong. What you can do - Entire page finds tables, repeated cards, and lists. An infobox stays as fields and values. A data table stays its own dataset. Ordinary paragraphs are not turned into rows. Menus, references, and similar page sections are skipped unless you select them yourself. - Select content: click one card or list item. Similar items become one dataset, and each item becomes one row. - Select table: click a table and export its rows. - Select component: click one web component. Similar components are extracted, including content in an open shadow root. - Preview the first 50 rows, turn columns on or off, then export. The file includes the rows that were collected, up to 50,000. - Save CSV or Excel on this device. Excel can put each checked dataset on its own sheet. CSV and Google Sheets export one dataset at a time. - Create a Google Sheet after you sign in to Google. That export saves the cells you chose in your Google account. Why install it You decide which page to read and which action to run. The extension does not scan your browsing in the background. CSV and Excel stay on your device. Google Sheets runs only if you click that export. Limits Results depend on how the page is built. The extension cannot read chrome:// pages, the Chrome Web Store, or a site that blocks extensions. Closed shadow roots cannot be read. Check the preview before you rely on a file. Privacy CSV and Excel are saved locally. If you choose Google Sheets, the chosen cells and a title based on the page title are sent to Google so the spreadsheet can be created. The extension does not include ads or its own account system.
