Ever since I bought Webroot I have had nothing but trouble with it. I'm going to delete the program and go back to what I had before this. Too F+++ing complicated.

Every time I log on to Chrome, a pop=up tells me that :web threat shield has been added" and asks me if I want to allow it or remove it. I choose add it but it asks me every time! I don't know if I've added it or not!

Not sure what changed recently, but now all my link names in chrome are replaced with " Trustworthy, It's safe to go" in the title and it makes it difficult to tell what the site is. I've been a long-time Webroot customer and never had this much intrusiveness into my browsing habits. I've disabled the extension for now, as it's annoying as hell.

I'm in the same boat as everyone who posted in April and May 2024...I have no idea if I'm covered or not, although I know I paid for it; they at least did confirm that much. I know I have an account, can get into it, but then it tells me my subscription has expired. The instructions are not user friendly, and do not confirm anything is activated, secured, been downloaded...nothing!

Terrible for the average user. I don't know if it downloaded or if I am covered. It not only It said to add Key Code then never asked for it. All I wanted to do is renew my coverage. It should be a simple transfer of coverage. I'm seriously considering changing to a different coverage if it isn't simplified next time.
