Web Sentinel is a Chrome extension that performs real-time website risk analysis and assigns a risk score (0–100) based on multiple security and domain-level indicators. Instead of giving a simple yes-or-no answer, Web Sentinel evaluates factors such as domain age, HTTPS usage, SSL validity, and other common phishing signals to determine whether a website is Safe, Suspicious, or High Risk. The extension clearly explains the detected risk factors, helping users decide whether it’s safe to continue browsing or better to avoid interacting with the site—especially before entering sensitive information.
